Hi, I am Varvara (my friends call me Babs). I am skilled in scripting languages such as R as well as performing basic molecular laboratory assays. My main interests include Bioinformatics, Genomics and Cancer Research. My current research focuses on the computational analysis of nucleosome positioning in Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM). I have a BSc in Biological Sciences and currently studying for MSD in Molecular Medicine. When I am not in the lab, I enjoy doing sports such as volleyball and bouldering.
