Below is the current version of my lectures for the module BS312 “Genome Bioinformatics” — 3rd Year BSc program, Spring 2019. This module is jointly delivered by Antonio Marco and me. My focus here is on the basics of chromatin and Linux command line-based analysis of ChIP-seq and DNA methylation (this is different from my 2nd Year module Genome Science where we do the same analysis using online tools such as Galaxy). Please feel free to use for educational purposes. I will be also happy to hear your feedback.
- Lecture 4. Chromatin basics & ChIP-seq analysis
- Practical 4. ChIP-seq analysis (Linux command-line, bash files, BedTools, HOMER, UCSC Genome Browser)
